Accessing webmail

We are using roundcube as our webmail. It will get pretty simple, if you follow the guide below. Alternatively, you can download this short video presentation. To begin, open your web browser and go to http://mail.yourdomain.com/webmail . You may notice a popup such as the one shown below. Next, enter in your full email address as the User name and your password. Hit OK and proceed to the next screen.

1.		Check for new message
2.		Create a new message
3.		Your inbox message, double-click to read it
4.		Reply to the message
5.		Reply to sender and all recipients
6.		Forward the message
7.		Move the message to trash

If you have moved any message to trash, and want to recover the message, click on Trash (on the left panel) and select the message you will want to restore back to inbox. Then drag the message to the inbox (as highlighted) to restore it. You can download the video above to see a visual help on this matter.
